The Schletter mounting system is designed as a modular unit construction system with universally
useable high-quality components (aluminium / high-grade steel) and usually enables the installer to
mount any module in practically any mounting situation. The system consists of time-tested and reliable
components and is constantly complemented with newly designed, compatible components. Depending on your
requirements you can order individual components or a completely pre-assembled and wired mounting set
according to the module arrangement plan.
State-of-the-art production processes guarantee the cost-efficient manufacturing of standard components, as well as the fast and flexible realisation of customised special constructions. Mounting structures for slanted roofs In mounting structures for slanted roofs, two horizontal crossbeams usually carry one row of modules. These crossbeams are connected to the substructure or the roof cladding with roof hooks or special fastening elements. The modules are fastened to the crossbeams with middle and end clamps. Customarily, the modules are mounted vertically, but any other arrangement is also possible. Roof hooks and special mounting elements are available for a wide variety of applications. |

Fastening elements A wide variety of roof hooks and special fastening elements and fastening systems makes it possible to mount the devices on almost any roof construction. Special statics charts indicate how many mounting elements are needed for certain edge conditions. |

The ConSole is the ideal solution for installing PV modules on flat roofs. Most PV modules between 70 and 260 Wp fit onto the ConSole. The ConSole is loaded with ballast (gravel, paving stones) in order to withstand wind loads. The required ballast weight depends on the height of the building, its location and the nature of the ground it stands on. The ConSole is made of 100% recycled, chlorine-free polyethylene (HDPE). The ConSole's material meets the fire prevention requirements of DIN 4102 class B2. Its energetic amortisation period is less than a year. The ConSole weighs approx. 3-6 kg, can be stacked (40 ConSoles per palette) and has a fastening rim that surrounds the structure. Another variety is the non-skid Light ConSole. InterSole is the ideal system for integrating all brands and types of solar panels
in sloping roofs – free of problems and watertight. Mounted on your roof using
an extremely ingenious design of overlapping plastic sheets and special anchors,
the solar panels are equipped to weather storms. The fitter can use the special
anchors as a foot support to work safely and quickly. The sheets are made of
recycled, low-maintenance 100% chlorine-free plastic. The inexpensive and easy to install InterSole has been awarded the TÜV certificate, which guarantees safety and reliability. |
